Aviation Cocktail (classic pre-Prohibition cocktail)
2 ounces of gin
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce maraschino liquor
1/4 ounce creme de violette liqueur
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until cold. Strain out the ice into a cocktail glass and garnish with a brandied cherry.
Bikini Bellini
1 ounce mango puree
1 ounce passion fruit puree
5 ounces sparkling wine
Pour the fruit purees into a sparkling wine glass. Pour the sparkling wine on top while gently stirring the fruit puree.

Wauconda News - Parkway Tree Program Reintroduced
Because of the devastating effects of the presence of the Emerald Ash Borer, the Village of Wauconda is proud to reintroduce the Village’s Parkway Tree Program and work with residents to beautify the area around their homes.
