Canada Day , which is a national holiday celebrating the official creation of the country (sort of like the American 4th of July or the Australian January 26th, but better because it’s Canadian, of course). Most of us will have the day off, and we’ll spend it doing pretty standard holiday things such as going to the beach, hanging out with friends and family, having a barbecue, and watching fireworks at dusk.
